Cancellation & refund policy

For an order or service from first store, contact us with the reference, payment date and reason for your request.

Before purchase

Review the cancellation, return, exchange and refund conditions stated for the particular product or service. If a required condition or time period is unclear, ask us to confirm it before paying. Your applicable consumer rights are not removed by this policy.

Request review

We assess requests against the order or service agreement, the issue reported and applicable law. Keep relevant evidence of an incorrect, damaged, defective or undelivered order. Do not return a product without asking for the return instructions.

Approved refunds

We will communicate the decision, amount and payment channel. Bank or payment-provider processing affects when the credit appears. Ask for the refund reference if you need to trace an approved refund. This policy does not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
