- Unlawful goods or services, counterfeit products, stolen material or infringement of intellectual property.
- Child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, credible threats, incitement to violence or targeted harassment.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorised access, deliberate service disruption or attempts to bypass account protections.
- Publishing private personal information without an appropriate right or permission, or collecting sensitive data without suitable safeguards.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive advertising, fake reviews or manipulation intended to mislead customers.
Business standards
Provide accurate identity and contact information, describe products honestly, display relevant prices and policies, respect customer choices and honour applicable fulfilment and consumer obligations. Do not claim a licence, affiliation, government endorsement or regulatory approval you do not have.
Reports and action
Send the website URL, a description and relevant evidence through our reporting channel. Do not send unlawful material itself when a link and description are sufficient. We may restrict access, investigate, request clarification, remove content or cooperate with a valid legal request as appropriate.
