What to include
- Your name and a safe way to contact you.
- The relevant website URL, account email, order or service reference.
- What happened, when it happened and the resolution you are seeking.
- Relevant screenshots or references with unnecessary personal or payment data removed.
Merchant orders
Start with the seller’s contact and grievance details published on the store, because the seller manages the order and payment account. If a website appears fraudulent or unlawful, also send OwnPage its URL and a description. Never send your OTP, UPI PIN, password or full card details.
Privacy and content reports
For a privacy request, identify the information and the action you are requesting. For copyright or other rights concerns, identify the affected work, the relevant page and your authority to raise the complaint. We may request enough information to verify and assess the report.
Review and remedies
